Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location is truly special, nestled in Britain's most easterly town, offering a peaceful stay close to the seafront. The rooms, although lacking windows, surprise with a magnificent sea view from the dining area during a splendid breakfast experience. The service is top-notch, going out of their way to cater to guests' needs.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms being small, cramped, and in need of renovation. However, the service was prompt and helpful. The location was great for beach access but lacked proper maintenance. The dining options were satisfactory. The facilities could be improved.
The hotel offers very basic rooms that are immaculately clean, though a bit small for the price paid. Being directly above the concert room can be a downside, but the included breakfast is a nice touch.
